I pay attention to every speed skater, because I'm so interested to see how they've changed. I know that with the Canadian skaters, often they've told me what they're working on, so I'm always looking to see what's happened. Sometimes when they work on something technical, they might struggle with results for a bit, and then all of a sudden it comes together. I just love watching how they deal with the stress.
